Minimum Booking
£50 minimum booking value applies.
Travel Charges
May apply depending on location and estimated journey time.
Parking & Access
Any parking, permit, toll or congestion-related costs are added to the booking total.
Multiple Clients
Travel costs may be shared or waived where several clients book at the same address.
Travel charges and any higher minimum booking requirements will always be confirmed before your appointment is secured.
Booking Essentials

Booking & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the payment terms confirmed at booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of the deposit. Where sufficient notice is provided, appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Health & Suitability
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies and medications before treatment. If you are unwell, your appointment should be rescheduled. Treatment will only proceed where it is considered suitable and safe.
Age Requirements
No waxing under 18 • No dermal fillers under 21 • No anti-wrinkle treatments under 25 • All other treatments 18+.
Photography & Consent
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for your confidential client record. Images will only be used for marketing with your consent.
